We start with a hand selection of wood. Once we have selected the best quality wood, it is then transported to our workshop to be prepared and transformed into your order. Once we have plained and sanded the wood, it is cut to proper dimensions and then assembled into sections. After the section assembly we pre-stain the product and then stain with the color of your choice. After the stain has set in for at least 24 hours, we fully assemble the piece and then seal it with outdoor seal.

Within 15 days, with 20% restocking fee.

Progress updates are available by e-mail or text messages upon request. Tracking number is available once the item is shipped.
